Any LOs have 2yo molars yet?

If so, at what age and did they present differently than other teeth?  DD has had diarreha on and off the last two and a half weeks and a slight fever.  I thought she had picked up a bug but with the way it is coming and going I am beginning to think maybe we are starting 2 year molars.  She will have a full day of diarreha, be fine the next morning/day and then have another loose diaper before bathtime.  Plus, she is getting a runny nose when it comes on.  She only got a slight fever and runny nose with her other teeth.

    When my LO runes a low grade fever anywhere in the 99's it's teeth. She goes for about a week with a 99 degree temp. She's currently running that now and is getting over a nasty stomach bug. So, like you.. I am on the fence about if she's really sick. But the nose started running and things are constantly in her mouth. She has 4 molars already and two weeks ago a front one popped through. So, we are due for another one soon.

    yes DD has hers - no eye teeth yet, but the molars are there, top and bottom. 

    She had a low fever, runny nose, drooling like crazy, little to no appetite, but was really thirsty and the most awful, horrible, terrible diaper rash.  had to get a steroid cream to clear it up.  

    It was a lot of sleepless nights... about 10 days or so.  Frozen wash cloths and frozen waffles worked best at soothing her gums.  I also gave her motrin and tylenol regularly and teething tablet and orajel to help with the immediate pain - GL to you and your LO

    this for us too. He has all other 16 teeth, so those big ones are the only ones left. I have a feeling that its not going to be as easy as the rest of his have been. The only rough ones were his top front two.
