im 12 weeks and have been cramping but no bleeding is this normal?

    You might have some cramping but you should call your doctor and check it out to be on the safe side.

    Cramping in the 1st tri is pretty common. If you google it, it will give you a few reasons why it might occur. If it is really severe, however, I would probably call your OB as it could mean an ectopic pg.
