    We are just getting started but I'd say be a pain in their butts.  I was told just today that they have to the shot within 31 days of each other.

    they just contacted me for the second shots approval. My LO is scheduled for his next week, and I was contacted a week ago asking for approval to send to the drs office. So, they should be calling.

    I called our insurance that handles specialty pharmacy to find out when it was shipped to our doctors. Then I called the doctors to make sure and ask when we will be a good time to come.   Find out who your pharmacy's insurance and you can call them direct to firgure it out when it was shipped to the doctors.
