We're finally getting some professional pics of the kids together (hopefully a few with us too). Haven't had any since DS was 2. Now he's 4 and DD is 3 months.
Most of her nice outfits are pink or white.
DS has a nice pale pink cotton button-down shirt and another one in chambray blue. He has some "nice" t shirts in green tones. He has nice new jeans or sand coloured slacks. Not sure what of any of these I should put him in?
For me I have very little that fits anymore post-maternity. I'm still too funny shaped (big bellied) to fit my really nice stuff or justify a new outfit. But way too small for my maternity stuff. I have a pair of cream shorts and some chocolate brown dressy t shirts (BR and Ann Taylor) or a very pale grey dress that is lined and a nice fit or a black dress which is fairly slimming. Unfortunately the dresses are sleeveless and I hate my arms but am going to look for a light shrug.
DH will wear his usual brown slacks and linen shirt I'm sure, sleeves rolled up, he looks great in that.
Any advice re coordinating? I don't want it to look Hanna Andersen, but I do want us to look like we put some thought into it!
Re: Family photos - colour coordinating advice?
We all wore shades of blue, and it turned out looking nice:

Cubby I LURVE your pics!!! Gorgeous!
I don't have any cute outfits for DD that are blue though and I only have 1 shirt in very pale pink for DS (a country road button shirt). I could put a pink scarf with my grey dress and DH could wear a cream shirt... I'm wondering if that's as close as I can get to us all being kind of pinky-creamy-brown.
