DS bleeding... help

DS's butt hole is bleeding...  I'm waiting for DH to get home before I can take him to the Dr because we only have one car seat and we forgot it in his car.  Anyone had this happen to your LO?

    Just wanted to say good luck! Hope you're LO is ok!! Could be something as harmless as a hemroid. Has your LO been constipated lately??

    I think it could be a diaper rash, but it's not red, just bleeding..  I do think he took a big poop, I don't see any hemorrhoids  The first thing I told my Mom when I asked her about is that NO ONE has been alone with him.

    he didn't have his reg morning poop, could be constipated, but, aren't hemorrhoids always visible?  I see none.

    no, they can be on the inside.

    Hemorrhoids can be internal. Are you sure that it's coming from his rectum? Did you actually see it coming from there or was there just some blood in his diaper? How much blood?

    I'm sure he's ok. J has had that a couple times from either a diaper rash or constipation. Good luck!

    My pedi told me that hemorrhoids are very uncommon in babies. I asked because DD often has bloody poop but it is from straining too hard to go so I hope that is all it is with your LO! Most likely, it is.

    It could be a number of things, did he try a new food for the first time? It be his body reacting badly to a new food.... GL

    was just because of a big poop.  poor guy, they had us give him juice & other stuff to help w constipation
