Do you know what I'm talking about? I've seen them at several bases and maybe a post or two. It's a vendor usually set up outside. They have all these zillion thread count sheets for cheap. Just wondering about how they hold up or if they feel like plastic or what. Thanks!

Re: Have you ever bought those sheets they sell outside of the BX?
I've never bought any because I'm wary of some of the stuff sold in front of the BX- but I know someone who buys them religiously every year and swears how comfortable they are.
I'd say if they're that cheap, buy a set and see how you like them. If you hate them and they're cheaply made (i.e., falling apart at the seams after three washes), you know better from now on.
I bought some sheets at a women's expo here in Del Mar, CA... The brand was something "Sanders" I believe. It said 1500 thread count egyption cotton for like.. 40 bucks. After I got them I saw online that the sheets are BS and a rip off because they aren't egyption cotton OR 1500 thread count, but I've washed them twice and have two cats and they have been holding up just fine, and they are SUPER comfy..
So if that's the brand, I'd get them again.
