I have noticed some interesting sensations when BF. Sometimes when LO latches on and starts eating, I will get a nice "warm and fuzzy" feeling. I just feel very content. It doesn't last the whole feeding, just at first. I also get really drowsy sometimes when he first latches on. Anybody else experience this or am I crazy?

I get this too! I have to take a nice deep breath and I feel really happy and relaxed. Sometimes it makes me tear up a little, so I figured it was happy hormones

Intense thirst! & the tingling from letdown, ever since having a clogged duct I have been able to feel it, wierd!

And here I thought I was crazy. I get the same thing -- almost instant.

when my kids were really little (less than 2 mo) i used to get really thirsty too! it's funny, it was like instant thirst, upon letdown!

Usually letdown is a bit painful for me. Like a sharp ache that quickly comes and goes, and then DD is chugging. I also get this sense of relief and relaxation. It's like peeing after you've been holding it for awhile!
