When did you give your LO peanut butter for the first time? Particularly if you had no known food allergies already and there were no known nut allergies in the family.
We have a nut allergy in the family (thought not peanuts, MIL had a tree nut allergy) and we were sent to a pedi allergist. He advised introducing peanuts early in an effort to offer the best protection. She had PB at 9 months, no issues.

We haven't yet (at 17 months) because I'm paranoid, but our pedi said to go ahead and give it to her when we asked at her 15 month appointment. We have no allergies in either of our families and we've eaten it around her. I'm going to probably go ahead and give it to her in the next month or so... knowing my child though, she probably won't even like it
We gave it to DS at 15 months. The first 3 times he had it, he was fine. The 4th time he had an allergic reaction causing hives on his mouth/neck and swollen lips. The pedi considered this a severe allergy. We had bloodwork done to see how allergic he was and now he has an epi pen. There is no known peanut or food allergies in our family.
I tried at a year. My weird child doesn't like PB though. Okay well I shouldn't say that- I don't know if he likes it or not since he won't even try it. I would love to make him a PB&j for lunch sometimes. Geez what kid doesn't like PB&J?! Mine apparently. I keep trying though.

I think somewhere around 2 years? That was the rec at the time since we have food allergies in the family. I heard some weird advice on this, but this part I liked. Try putting a little on their arm before you feed it to them. If they're going to have a severe reaction, better they don't have the reaction in their mouth (more likely to block airways.) True anaphylaxis the throat will swell anyway, but still better that it's not in their mouth.
We also had benadryl on hand, just in case. He was fine with it.
At about 13-24 months. I was alone with my twins (stupid) and only gave it to my girl and she had a severe reaction. I was beyond shocked. Turns out they are both allergic to peanuts only.
I still can't beleive it or understand why this is so common now. There is absolutley no history of any food allergies on either side. So I wish I waited, or at least had been more cautious and done it when someone else was around and when we had childrens benedryl in the house.
We still haven't given it to Jacob and we have no known allergies in the family. Our pedi said to wait until 2 years for PB and honey. So, we're waiting. He did have a bit of an allergic reaction to calamari when he was about 13 months and I am terrified!
our pedi okay'd it at 2, because ronnie is allergic to eggs...and we tried, and we failed we had no known peanut allergies in either of our families..but poor ronnie seems to be the first i just made sure to have benadryl at the ready, and used it immediately (the reaction started within a few minutes of having a TINY bit of peanut butter). then we got him tested which confirmed it...i think obviously most kids are safe, so don't be too worried...but if you wanna be very safe...have the benadryl there just in case

The new AAP recommendations say there is no reason to delay high allergen foods anymore, unless you have a family history. Eggs, PB, tree nuts can all be offered at 6mo now. Still need to wait on honey because of the risk of botulism.
We did eggs at 7mo, tree nuts (ground up in pesto) at 10mo and PB at 11mo. She did great with the eggs and tree nuts and the PB is still questionable. She started rubbing her eyes and nose and got a little red after eating so I not sure if she was itchy and sensitive or it was just a coincidence. We will know when we try again, I guess.

Uggg, everyone is all over the place with this and it makes me even more paranoid to hear such varied responses!
I think we'll try it over the holiday break on a week day when I can get to the doc if necessary!
