Special baby clothing store

So, I need to buy an outfit for my DD to have some photos taken, I want something a little bit more special than what I get at Carter's or Baby Gap, also I'm looking for a cute hat and/or a nice headband. Does anyone have any good suggestions? My budget is on the smaller side.
