Emotional and tired...bad combo....

So things have been extra stressful lately and I think the hormones are definately starting to kick in!  I've just been feeling so emotional.  I'm rarely ever one to cry...but yesterday...3 times just bawling my eyes out.  The first time was pretty legit...really frustrated with work, the other 2 times I was just watching some YouTube videos!  Being completely exhausted certianly doesn't help matters at all.  So what do you ladies do to cope with the ever changing emotions?  Does it get any better or will I spend my whole PG spontaneously weeping?

  • I know what you mean, I have been tearing up for just about anything this time... last time I wasnt quite as emotional, but I was a little bit, and I was the whole pregnancy...so hopefully we aren't in for 9 months of this, but I am afraid we might be.... good luck!

  • Don't worry about it - it's something we all do.  I was so emotional at times I'd cry at the drop of a hat (TV commercials were often my downfall).  Other times I was just fine.  It's a roller coaster ride and everyone has ups and downs.
  • I'm finding that I'm emotional as well as very irritable and restless.....it's driving me nuts!

  • I've been doing the same thing.  Last night I watched a video by the YoungHouseLove people about the house that they're moving out of so they can show their daughter when she's older.  I cried the whole way through, the thought of making that video definitely gave my heart strings a tug.
  • I thought I was crazy when I started getting more emotional lately. I didn't think it happend that fast! The only thing I do, is cry when I want to it makes it feel so much better and the relief is wonderful.
