ROC girls (or anyone really)....anyone want a big house plant/tree?(PIP)

I have a corn plant (Dracaena), it stands about 5 feet tall with the pot. It is in ok health, needs some love! Could probably use a bigger pot too! It is just getting too big for me! My dad brought it over when it got too big for him! haha
