like this......
only charcoal grey.... either can put black buttons or no front thingy and put a ribbon clip....
I put it on H and it is too big (which means I'm remaking Mrs. Diss's hat tomorrow on breaks cause hers has to be too big to.... grrrr.) H wears a large 6-12 month... I'm thinking this is more a 18-24 or 2T....
any takers?
Re: Just finished a hat... model needed;)
that is awesome.....too bad I live in stupid Hawaii now and don't get cold weather.....my kids are missing out on the cutest stuff!!!!!!!!!!!
Don't tell the guys I work with, but: I crochet hats, usually for friends back in Chicago, Virginia, and Kansas who have babies.....my two had homemade hates when we were in Texas for last winter.....
DS's head size is in the 4th percentile, so his lilliputian noggin won't cut it.
I think the sock monkey hat you made for DD was a 6-12 month size and fits perfect. I think a 12-18 month size would fit too though (she's right on the cusp). If you think it would fit, Lillian would love to be your model.
Also, I'm going to take pictures of her tomorrow in her sock monkey hat and send you some. The hat looks adorable and we've gotten TONS of compliments. I plan on posting a pic of her wearing it on FB along with a link to the store
DS is wearing 18-24 in gymboree hats now so I bet it would fit him. Let me know if you want him to model it.
ETA: Either way, I think you should definitely do the front thing and button. It really makes the hat different from the rest i've seen in that style. Super cute!
