  I wouldnt.  I would switch it to a different finger, even if I had to get it resized.

  Its different, but if the ring your mother gave you is special to you and looks good with your Ering and wedding ring I wouldn't think it would matter.  Plus its not like everyone has to know its from your mother.

  Are you talking just on the same hand or on the same finger? Same hand only = not weird. Same finger = weird.

  I would wear it on my right hand, personally. I'm pretty minimalistic when it comes to accessories and jewelry though. I definitely wouldn't wear it on the same finger as my e-ring and wedding band.
