Bose in-ear headphones - amazing sound quality, comfortable, stay put even on a long sweaty summertime run
good cheese - (aged Parmigiano-Reggiano, for example)
good beer - I think cheap wine is just fine, but there's SUCH a huge difference between cheap beer and a microbrew
high quality dog food - the reduction in shedding, dog-smell, and poop is amazing

NBR: A warm Starbucks drink on a cold day, especially a day that's been difficult.

Our big screen TV in the basement - it's our "retreat" room - we run there every night after Andrew goes to bed. I love having a place to get away that is not infested with baby-related things.

BR: Halo sleepsacks, ergo carrier, sleep sheep & Aden and Anais swaddle blankets (when she was a NB)
NBR: My JCrew winter coat, getting my hair done by someone I like/trust, definitely getting our house cleaned (though I gave that up a month ago and it's been so very sad)
Going part time and having a few hours every week to myself, even if it's just catching up on my to-do list
$ spent on itunes & ipod and time to listen to my music and workout, even if it's just 20 minutes a day
my cricut machine and money spent on my craft projects
my place settings from C&B. 5 years of use and they still look fantastic.
the 1.50 I spend everyday on my fountain coke or $4 for Panera bagel and coffee before work
BR- Video monitor - It has saved me from getting up so many times. Dr. Browns bottles, pack and play with vibrating newborn napper, snap and go stroller for infant car seat.
NBR - MacBook pro when evie was born, Kodak waterproof (like the flip) video camera, colts tickets.
BR: our stroller, A&A swaddle blankets (though we never swaddled, we still use one everyday), DVD player for car, medela freestyle breastpump, FP Rock in Play (if only she could still use it), video monitor
NBR: a successful shopping trip...I love the way I feel after some good finds,
good/cute shoes, ditto the above about paying someone to do my hair
NBR: Amy nailed it with good beer! I can barely stomach bud light/miller light now. I am willing to pay twice as much for something better. Also my DSLR camera, goat cheese appetizer from Truffles and steaks from Zagrebs, Kleen Kanteen

I also agree with high quality pet food. I also firmly believe it reduces your vet bills/visits.
