    LOL!

    Aww... I understand.  I do. Because I know you're in a small condo with little space to babyproof.  If you can lock up breakables/dangerous stuff, I'd start with that. 

    The climbing only gets worse.

    AACK!  Isn't it scary with each new thing they figure out?  I may jinx myself but I am waiting for the day that T starts flinging herself out of her crib :(  Her mattress is all the way down but she is a little monkey!

    Wait till she figures out she can swing that little right leg up onto that shelf and get up on the tv console and scale those stereo components - THEN you are scewed! LOL. I love how they never stand in the center of things, always off to the side, so that the panic attack  they give you can deduct maximum years off of your life....

    Yep - they're little monkeys.  And whenever Ellie finds something new to climb that I hadn't thought was a problem, she always looks at me like I nuts for rushing over and swoping her up!

    It's so sudden & when they do it usually you don't catch them in the act until they are up there. When Sienna was around that age I was in the kitchen for a minute & poke my head into the living room & she is standing on the ottoman looking out the window. I was like a lightning bolt across the room. She thought it was funny. Now she climbs all over evrything & knows the proper way to get down so I let her do it as long as its a safe area.
