I've had random drops, too. It seems like if I'm not getting as much sleep as I'm used to (LO has been sick and not STTN anymore the last week or so) or have any changes in our schedule (like the holiday craziness) I notice the most difference. It always picks back up, though. If you're worried, try to get LO to nurse an extra time or two during the day or squeeze in an extra pumping session...always seems to work for me.

Any chance you have a blocked duct or mastitis? A few times I have gotten chills and a fever and just some soreness in one or both breasts, and then my supply tanks...

This has happened to me too! I have no idea why but i find i have these random drops--they don't usually last though
you shut your mouth.
