LOVE Atticus. It's been my favorite name for a boy since I was in high school. And yes, you should read To Kill a Mockingbird, it will give you more of an appreciation for the name.
I also love Ezra, it's another of my favorites. Owen and Leo are NMS, but they aren't bad.

I really like them all, except Owen (which is a fine enough name, just a little boring and overused).
I think Atticus and Leo tie for my favorite, with Ezra a close second.

Our son's middle name is Atticus, so obviously I love it. I'm an English teacher and DH is a lawyer and we both love the book, so it was the perfect MN for us.

I like all your choices, but my favorite by far is Leo. I have a nephew named Leo and he is such an adorable character that I have the best association with it. He is the only Leo I have ever met too (except for Caillou's best friend on the PBS show that DS watches ...).
Owen was our original choice for DS#2. We ended up changing our choice because I started hearing it everywhere and now I am SOOO glad I didn't name him Owen. I feel like I meet an Owen everyday. When their parent introduces them I am left feeling like "of course his name is Owen"! haha
Ezra is my 2nd favorite and then Atticus.
I love them all, but Ezra, Leo and Atticus a bit more than Owen.
I really think you have to read To Kill a Mockingbord if you name your child Atticus. I is a wonderful book, but also because people will definitely ask if that is why you named him Atticus.
