Going through my FOURTH miscarriage: Update
I cannot believe this is freaking happening to me again. I feel like I can't breathe. I found out I was pregnant this past weekend. I had no clue I was even pregnant, I had a "normal' period that lasted 5 days, with cramps and everything. It wasn't until a week and a half later when I started noticing the cramps and sore breasts. I took an hpt on Saturday, fully expecting it to be negative but it was positive. Beta on Monday was 1360 at 23 dpiui. I started having really really bad cramps and spotting last night. Had an u/s today and my RE couldn't find anything in my uterus and said it might be ectopic (waiting to get results of beta #2 to confirm). It's either that or another chemical. Why does this keep happening to me?? My RE thinks my 2 other chemicals could have been early ectopics. But I never had and don't have any sharp stabbing pains on either side.
I've gotten to the point where I don't think I will ever have a baby. I freaking hate IF. It is so unfair.
UPDATE: I just got off the phone with my RE. My numbers are dropping but he still thinks its an ectopic since he saw nothing in my uterus (and I'm 5 1/2 weeks). He also said that my 2 other chemicals might have also been ectopics as well b/c I have a blocked tube. We decided only the bleeding stops and everything calms down I will start the IVF process next month. Thanks so much for the replies, it really means a lot.

I am so sorry ((HUGS)). It is completely unfair...I wish there was something I could say or do to take the pain away.

((hugs)) I am so so sorry. It sucks and there is nothing I can say to make it better, but I wish I could. I know how you feel. I have had 5 and each time is like another knife to the heart.

It's been a long journey. TTC since 9/06. multiple IUI's and IVF's and 4 m/c's. IVF#3 = BFP, twins, induced at 34w6d due to baby b passing away (no explanation). Delivered on 35w1d, Baby A - baby girl, and Baby B - baby boy, our little angel.

Dx: DOR, Endo, APA+ (really high beta 2 glycoprotein antibody and high everything else tested), heterozygous MTHFR mutation, positive for lupus anticoagulant, high FSH, low AMH and both tubes blocked (per HSG on 3/8/11)
IVF #1 - long lupron (with HGH, intralipids, lovenox and BA); 4 retrieved, 3 fertilized; ET 2 blasts and 1 frozen = BFN
IVF #2 - a version of antagonist with EPP (with HGH, intralipids, lovenox and BA); 6 retrieved, 4 mature, 3 fertilized, 2 blasts and 1 frozen blast transferred on day 5 = BFN.
IVF #3 April was postponed to May, May was canceled. June/July was canceled. Had a cyst aspiration and then began IVF #3 in August. ER on 8/22; ET on 8/24 with AH. +HPT on 9/5. Beta #1 (11dpo) = 3; Beta #2 (15dpo) = 29; Beta #3 (17dpo) = 60; Beta #4 (19 dpo) = 118. Heartbeat at 6 weeks 6 days =132. Lil is here!
TTC#2: Trigger + TI = BFN; Clomid + Trigger + IUI = BFN.
IVF #4: BCP + MDLF + Lovenox = 7R, 1F = Transferred 1 6-cell embryo on day 3 = BFN
IVF #5: MDLF + Lovenox = 4R, 1F = Transferred 1 10-cell compacting embryo on day 3 = BFN
IVF #6: (New RE): Long Antagonist November 2014 (transferred two 8 cell grade 1 embryos and froze one blast) = BFN

FET - 2 blasts, 1 survived the thaw. Transfer 2/19. Beta #1 3/1 375, Beta #2 3/3 885, Beta #3 3/8 4261, Beta #4 3/11 9005. U/S 3/8 1 sac 1 yolk, U/S 3/16 1 heartbeat 114bpm!

2005-2011= 3 Rounds of Clomid, 5 IUI's, 3 IVF's- ALL BFN's
After 7yrs TTC, 5yrs of ute cancer, and 11 failed IF treatments, we got a surprise BFP! So thankful!
