Finally babies are napping in their cribs!!

Yay! I feel like i have accomplished something with them. They usually only sleep in their bouncies. They have been in the crib for over an hr now!! When i've tried this in the past they would only sleep for 20-30 mins. I am soooo excited. I raised the mattress up in the back so they are elevated a bit and it worked. No spit up. Ahhhhh.....i hope this is not a freak thing.

    Yay.  That's great!

     My twins are 4 mo, and JUST got them to take their first nap of the day in their cribs, 2 days in a row.   And today they took their 2nd nap in there too.  (they take 4 1/2 hr naps a day)  Hope we're onto something too!

    Good for you.  I didn't start "enforcing" naps in the cribs until they were almost 4 months.  We did practice naps in the cribs to get them used to it.  If you can start enforcing it now, that's wayyy better!

    Ditto this! I think I started putting them in their cribs for naps around 3 months. Now they're awesome at it. They're actually up to two 1.5hr naps in the afternoon. Yesterday I took them to the store with me which interfered with their first nap and they slept 2 HOURS for the 2nd one. It was nice.

    I couldn't get my babies to nap in their cribs until after they were 5months old. Now they are great at napping in thier cribs.

    Great job on getting yours in their cribs!!!! I think I wish that I had tried earlier.

    LMAO. Sometimes I call DH just to be like "Guess what? They're napping. In their cribs. And it's been an HOUR!!" He's probably like, what....?

    this is what i do as well...they are in there again for the 2nd nap. First one they slept for 2hrs!! Yippeee!!!
