trying not to breath in spray paint!!!

So i'm a nanny, and the family I work for is having some remodeling done. They just sprayed kilz in the next room. After about 10 mins the fumes started to travel into the room I was in. I then asked them(twice) to open a few windows. I finally moved downstairs but am so freaked out that harm has already been done. This is probably the worst time during pregnacy to have this happen. freaking out!!

    Can you take the kids for a walk? I'm sure it's not good for them either. You could all use some fresh air. I'm sure the cold air is better than the fumes.

    It's nap time! She should be sleeping for another hour or so. She's upstairs so hopfuly she's not smelling it.
