Slowly getting the hang of back carries... pip

Thanks for the advice Kwinters.. its getting a bit better, got her wrapped in there much quicker and much much more comfortably with her knees up, but I think she was sitting a bit low? Do you usually try and get their head up over shoulder level?

She's a little low for my preference. Grace likes to be able to rest her chin on my shoulder. But the seat of the wrap job looks a million times better!
