Mommy and Me groups?

Hi all, I know I don't post here often, I had my LO 4 weeks ago and am starting to look for Mommy & Me groups and BFing support groups.  I live in Pinole (East Bay).  Any recommendations?

    I'm sure you'll get some good recs from some of the other East Bayers here. I found a few local groups on Meetup.com. Congrats on your little one, what a cutie!

    Walnut Creek has two great BFing support group both are free. One is through the John Muir Women's center and the other is by Day One. I know the Oakland Leche Leuge is very active and wonderful. A few friends have been to meetings and really liked it.
