  When I am about to start my period or I am on my period I have to take 2 pills 3 times a day and I still can barely keep up with Miss K.  Otherwise I take 1 pill 3 times a day and that seems to keep me with just enough to keep her satisfied.  Sometimes I squeeze in some MOther's Milk Tea if I feel like I need a little burst of supply.

  I notice a difference right away.  Within 24 hours.

  I think my period is part of the problem with my supply. I have had it like every 12-14 days for 2 months now. Ugh.

  Ugh.  That super sucks.  I bet it is part of the problem.  I would up the dosage if you don't think the Fenugreek is helping.  Also, KellyMom.com has herbs that you can buy that are supposed to boost supply.  Maybe you can make yourself a little herbal cocktail with the herbs they mention.

  I'd up the dosage, Dani. When have my low supply days (close to my period), I take 3, 3xs a day, like Wendy. I see results in 24 hours. Also, I started taking Blessed Thistle to compliment the fenugreek. If you go to the healthfood store, buy a container of brewer's Yeast and flax seed meal and throw a little of both into everything you cook - both help supply.
