my LO is just a lazy butt, he does not move around that often during the day ( i know running around doing errands i wont feel him that much ) but at night and during the morning times when i am resting he is just a lazy butt. he will move a little bit and then nothing, move and the nothing. my doctor says its normal and that some LO's are just lazier than others. i am fine with this but just curious how many other people have lazy LO's?
Re: anyone else's LO just a lazy butt like mine?
I am not sure if my little girl is lazy or it is just my anterior placenta but I feel her moving around like crazy sometimes and others she is still for a day or so. I try not to worry but when she hasn't moved much in 24 hours I usually panic!!
I think mine is somewhat. She definitely moves around throughout the day, but it's not big kicks or anything anymore (although that's probably because she's running out of room).
However, she does not wake up early in the mornings. Every ultrasound she's asleep. I have my doctor appointments and u/s's early so I can make it to work in time. She refuses to wake up to move into the right positions. the NT scan took forever because she refused to wake up and move, and I didn't get a good 3D picture because of her stubborn/laziness. And we tried twice!
*shrug*
I dunno. I'm always poking at Ava hollering at her to wake up. And then she wiggles around for a solid eleventymillion hours. I think it's a "Eff you for waking me up, mom. You want me to be awake?! HERE is me being awake. Hope you're ready to pee on yourself again when I dance on your bladder."
She's a good girl.
Me! ::raises hand::
My little guy stresses me out almost daily with his lack of movement. The only time he is consistant, is at around 11 at night. I *might* feel him a few times throughout the day, but otherwise, he is just chillin' in there. I wait for 11 to get here every day so I can make sure that he's okay.
Even when I poke and prod at him, he might move once or twice and then that's it. I don't know where my placenta is, the doc never actually confirmed a location, just told me it was in a good spot - whatever that means.
Definitely this. I've got a lazy one!
