A couple of weeks ago you posted a recipe in the "What's on the Menu?" post for a chicken in alfredo sauce done in the slow cooker. Would you mind sharing it again? I can't find that post now.
OK. I will but it's embarrassingly easy so I hope no one else asks again and makes me repeat it and look like I can't cook ;P
chicken
jarred alfredo (i like the low fat)
pesto- i usually use homemade but have used store bought too
spray the crockpot with Pam, add chicken breasts, cover with alfredo, add pesto to taste. I usually use a whole small jar of sauce and about 2/3 cups pesto. The chicken juices thin the sauce out, which is good, but I also like to have a lot bc I serve it with egg noodles for the kiddos
