I assume most people get their full-time sitter/nanny a Christmas present, right? If so, what do you get them? An actual gift or a cash bonus? How much is appropriate for a cash bonus? I'm clueless! LOL!
I would go for a cash gift. Everyone loves cash. And you don't have to think too much of it. I don't know what is appropriate though, I think it depends on how much they make. But I would say $100 would be appreciated.

I completely agree. When I was a nanny, I would have definitely appreciated a cash bonus, even $50-100 is a decent amount if you can afford it.
