EP: Going from 4x a day to 3x a day

I am really having a hard time figuring out how to go from pumping 4x a day to 3x a day. Currently I am pumping at 5am, 11am, 4pm, and 10pm. I'm not really worried about supply because DD drinks 4- 6oz bottles a day and I have been able to make that and put about 15-20oz in the freezer. Any suggestions?

    I'm considering doing the same in a few weeks. I was just going to space them more. I currently pump at 7, 12, 5, and 1030ish, so I would then pump at 7, 230 and 1030ish. You're lucky that your Lo only drinks 24oz, mine's a little piggy and drinks 37 some days.

     

    I wrote the above and then saw a comment that AmyG made in another post:

    most women can go 6 hours without nursing and maintain their milk supply for other feedings of the day.  when you get closer to 8 hours straight of not nursing, especially if you go 8 hours twice a day (like 8 hours in the middle of the day and 8 hours at night) you may completely dry up.
