MIL vent...again!

Wow! Really? My MIL is a real piece of work! I know I vent about her a lot, but there is just so much to talk about! I spent the whole day yesterday trying to get the perfect picture of my son for our Christmas card...finally after hours of it I got 2 great pictures! I was so excited. Then my MIL stops by...uninvited mind you, but she always does that. I hate that! Anyway I showed her the pics and she proceeds to tell me that they are alright, but this one he has his tougue showing and this one his hand it to close to his face. Really? I think they are adorable and got them printed today. And I had 1 made a little different for her...I picked the 2 worse pictures and put them on a card :) I know its kinda mean, but I do have another one for her with the good pictures to give to her later. I just want her to learn how to shut her face! She is always putting her rude input in when it is not needed. She also told me that he needs to be eating more....BS! My 10 week old is 16 pounds! He is a big boy. He takes 4-5 8oz bottles with cereal a day. This is what the doc told us to do. Why can't MILs mind their own bisnatch! :) Ugh!

Re: MIL vent...again!

  • Im sure she means well and if she doesnt ignore her.  Mine is great but got under my skin because I breast feed and she thought I wasnt feeding her enough.  I was very excited to report her weight gain and the fact that she is already in 3-6 month clothes!  I know my MIL just wants to help.  Hopefully, yours does too?
