  last pregnancy I went up to 38E and had bruises.  So far this pregnancy I am already a 38E but no bruises yet.  I like sleep bras they seem to help.  I cannot sleep without a bra or I am in pain.

  FYI I did not have to go up a bra size when my milk came in.

  I've got a small bruise under each breast where my underwire digs into my rib bones now. It sucks. I'm hoping once my belly isn't pulling that skin so tight it won't be so tender.

  I was bruising from my under wire too, both on top of  my bump and my breasts.  I switched to wireless and it's much better.
