  We are making homemade pizza! I load mine with pineapple pieces and H loads his side with mushrooms.

  It's a cold and windy day here... we had homemade chili and homemade onion bread.  Delish!  Speaking of, I guess I should go clean the kitchen up from dinner.

  Totally un-EF, unhealthy Chinese take out.  My day crumbled when DS decided that he was going to wake up a complete crank and stay that way all day, destroying anything and everything I tried to get done.  DH got a frantic "When will you be home, please pick up dinner" text and picked it up on his way home.  On top of the horrible dinner, I've also had the TV on ALL day in the hopes of entertaining the terror that is my son today!

  Spaghetti

  ETA:  Well, I ended up ordering a pizza (had a coupon) because I thought I had tomato paste, etc. for spaghetti but the pantry is bare).

  Leftovers.  I just threw some ingredients in a pan last night and served it over noodles.  Tonight I'll make rice.  It was beef and gravy with mushrooms sauteed with onions on the side.  I know the mushrooms don't help you.  Tomorrow I'll probably make some puttanesca with scallops on the side.

  some other suggestions from our menu this week:  chicken noodle soup, Rachel Ray's buffalo chicken meatballs (dh had these in a sub) with some raw veggies. chicken caesar salad, pork tenderloin with some sides- mostly veggies.
