I ordered a personalized ornament a couple of weeks ago. It's a tradition I started years ago to commemorate any big events in our lives. I've got ornaments for new jobs, finishing school, our 1st xmas together, etc. NOTHING happened this year. Tragic but true. No new job for me. No new house. No baby.
I decided to get an ornament because I feel that my losses can't just be brushed aside like they never happened. So although my lost pregnancies are not happy events they're still very important to me.
I wanted to acknowledge my lost LOs and at the same time start next year with a clean slate and some wishful thinking. Anyone else planning on getting an ornament too?

That's a beautiful ornament and I love that you had it personalized.
This is the ornament I got in memory of my LO. It's hard to tell but there is a small metal piece engraved with the year.
