  I hope you don't mind me posting here

  After not getting AF for 3 months, my blood showed high prolactin (in the 30's). I had to come off all prescription meds and get an MRI, and still nothing helped. I started taking prolactin meds (i forget the name -started with Cab...) and my levels went back to normal after a few weeks.

  Clomid 50 mg + IUI#1  = BFP, m/c and D&C at 7w1d

  Clomid 50mg + IUI#2 = BFN

  Clomid 100mg + IUI#3 = BFN

  Lupron + Follistim + IVF#1 = 11ER, 10M, 10F, ET of 1 expanded BBA 5-day blast, 2 Frosties. BFP! Beta 10/13 = 264! Beta 10/15 = 702! EDD 6/21/14

  Thank you so much for answering me!  Did your dr. mention anything to you about cutting dairy out of our diet?  Mine wants me to cut dairy for 3-4 days and then get retested.  She said there is a small chance I may be able to control it with dietary changes.

  Have you only been tested once?  My first prolactin test came back really high.  I was told to fast before my retest a few weeks later and it came back normal.  If it had remained abnormal, they would have sent me for an MRI and then started Parlodel or Dostinex.

  Me= 37 and DH = 41 
  
  Dx: DOR, Endo, APA+ (really high beta 2 glycoprotein antibody and high everything else tested), heterozygous MTHFR mutation, positive for lupus anticoagulant, high FSH, low AMH and both tubes blocked (per HSG on 3/8/11)
  
  IVF #1 - long lupron (with HGH, intralipids, lovenox and BA); 4 retrieved, 3 fertilized; ET 2 blasts and 1 frozen = BFN
  
  IVF #2 - a version of antagonist with EPP (with HGH, intralipids, lovenox and BA); 6 retrieved, 4 mature, 3 fertilized, 2 blasts and 1 frozen blast transferred on day 5 = BFN.
  
  IVF #3 April was postponed to May, May was canceled. June/July was canceled. Had a cyst aspiration and then began IVF #3 in August. ER on 8/22; ET on 8/24 with AH. +HPT on 9/5. Beta #1 (11dpo) = 3; Beta #2 (15dpo) = 29; Beta #3 (17dpo) = 60; Beta #4 (19 dpo) = 118. Heartbeat at 6 weeks 6 days =132.  Lil is here!
  

  TTC#2:  Trigger + TI = BFN; Clomid + Trigger + IUI = BFN.

  IVF #4:  BCP + MDLF + Lovenox = 7R, 1F = Transferred 1 6-cell embryo on day 3 = BFN

  IVF #5:  MDLF + Lovenox = 4R, 1F = Transferred 1 10-cell compacting embryo on day 3 = BFN

  IVF #6:  (New RE):  Long Antagonist November 2014 (transferred two 8 cell grade 1 embryos and froze one blast) = BFN
  

  FET#1:  BFN

  I'm a lurker so I hope you don't mind me answering.  I have/had high prolactin.  I got tested back in January because I have irregular cycles.  Mine was like 26 or something high like that. I got on the generic brand of Parlodel (bromocriptine) and it was significantly lower the next time I had bloodwork-which was like 3 months.  I went in for an MRI to check for pituitary tumors and luckily I didn't have any.  I'm also on prednisone and I had my first "regular" cycle this passed time and we're on our way for more testing and trying a different plan.  Good luck to you.
