I suddenly feel enormous. My DD was only 5.11 at 40 weeks, so I was spoiled by her size. This baby just seems so big, either that or I'm not remembering how I felt with DD very well. My belly is so tight and the baby's movements are uncomfortable at times. I know it only gets worse from here.

How are you all feeling?
Re: How are you feeling?
I am mostly uncomfortable at night, probably starts around 7:00pm or so. When I sit on the couch I can barely get off of it, I get massive cramps and sleeping that's a whole other issue - it's unreal. My stomach is incredibly tight, but I think I've grown used to it, the worst like I said is at night, after dinner. The baby's movements are really hurting at times, I'm just a human punching bag. LOL.
Also, my heartburn, acid reflux and the burning up my throat needs to go. I have a bottle of Gaviscon on my nightstand, a bottle of mylanta at my desk at work and tums in my purse. I thought I had bad acid reflux before, HA! I was wrong. I'd take my old heartburn over this any day.
Sounds like you have what I like to call the "pregnancy amnesia" I'm convinced that after you give birth you forget how hard your pregnancy and labor were!! Keeping my fingers crossed this happens for me!
I feel good this week, but I'm on a week by week basis. Some are good some are bad...it comes in waves.
This!!! And feeling so unmotivated...only 2 more weeks of school!!
My belly seems to have protruded out a lot in the last week or two.
But I'm feeling overall good, still. Your basic soreness, but nothing worse than what I was expecting. Don't get me wrong, I'm not a huge fan of this whole pregnancy thing and I can't wait to not be sore and tired all the time, but it's par for the course.
I definitely put all of these aches and pains in the back of my mind after DD was born. It's all coming back now though. I guess I need to start thinking about that infant stage too because it was another difficult time that I haven't thought about in a couple of years.
It might be pregnancy amnesia for me too. But, I have definitely not forgotten about the difficult first 6 weeks of having a newborn. DD was colicky and it was a nightmare. I'm hoping this one goes better. FWIW, after 4 months, she has been super easy and a joy.
Very uncomfortable lately. My back is killing me lately and I think it's from sitting in chairs that were made for 3-5 year olds (I'm a preschooler teacher) and they're just not comfortable.
My hips are also hurting horribly especially right away in the morning after being in bed all night.
