I know this sounds weird by my m/s has been horrible since the middle of week 5 and the one thing that seems to help --brushing my teeth. Yea weird I know but for some reason it stops my super sensitive gag reflex and the m/s for a little while. I think I probably brush my teeth 12 times a day!!
Ugh that had to suck hugging the potty all day. I can normally hold it and wait until the feeling passes, with the occasional unable to hold it moment. Today its not working out so much. I wish I could take the day off! But I've taken the last few dozen days off, Hubby and I are running out of clothes, and dishes lol. I might make him help me with dishes when he gets home from work, because I can't even look at them right now.
I might try brushing my teeth again but its so hard because I can't even brush my tongue without gagging lately.

I'm suffering from hyperemesis and get sick daily even on zofran - I've found that anything really cold helps me - I'm living on popcicles and watermelon~ I also carry a small tupperware with cherios (sp?) and snack on those all day - it helps to keep something in my tummy. I hope you feel better soon
Now I'm gonig to go get some watermelon because it sounds good!!!
Yep, mine is getting worse, too. I can't keep food down anymore (where as last week as long as I had food in my tummy, the nausea stayed away). This sucks.
