11 weeks pregnant and severe cramps

I am 11 weeks pregnant and a few minutes ago I had a surge of severe cramps and sharp pains, they have since stopped and im just a little sore now. I had an ultrasound today and the baby was fine. I am really scared because I had a miscarriage at 9 weeks and terrified it will happen again. No blood, I checked, but my cervix does feel lower. I dont know if I should just call my dr. tomorrow or go to the er.....Im scared...about to cry....any advice?

Call your dr office's 24 hour number and talk to the doctor or nurse on call to see if they want you to go to the ER. Severe cramps aren't normal.

Does your doc have a call service? I'd call and see if you can get ahold of someone. I don't think thats a normal thing.

Ditto calling your doctor. And it's probably not a good idea to check your cervix while pg. Just try and stay calm in the mean time. I hope it turns out to be nothing.
