Hi!! Well, I was pretty regular for a bit over a year ago when a Dr told me that "it's now or never" for me to get pregnant. A second and a third opinion later, FI and I were trying to get pregnant. We tried for 6 cycles and then put it on hold when we got engaged in January. The wedding is in 2 1/2 months so we're anxiously awaiting our new marriage to begin and the opportunity to actively start trying again, hopefully this time with more success. So, since we're so close I thought it was time to come back on here since I enjoyed it so much the first time!

We were TTA until this current cycle. Until the wedding we won't be actively TTC, but also not actively TTA. We tried for a while to conceive, but when we were first engaged, we decided after a lot of consideration to wait until we were married to resume TTC. There were several reasone - one because we both felt it would be difficult to plan a large, formal wedding while expecting a baby. Also, it would give me extra time to focus on my health and staying healthy (which is the reason it was 'now or never' - due to a medical condition). When I met with my primary OB/GYN and endocrinologist, they both mentioned to me that because of my medical condition (which I don't want to go into specifics about at this time) - I have a good chance of ending up on bed rest relatively early in the pregnancy. So it was wedding or pregnancy, but not both. I am meeting with my OB next week and my endocrinologist in September so we're all on board with us going forward with TTC again, but in the meantime I thought I'd start back on here for advice/support
