2 Q's - Lumpy BM and Stringy BM

I EP and use Medela bottles to pump into.  I put some BM into freezer bags and some into the fridge, which is what I use to feed DS.  When I pour the BM from the bottles into the bags it seems lumpy...is this normal? 

Also, after I feed DS a bottle there is sometimes stringy substances on the side of the bottle...is this normal?

    Maybe it is the fat seperating? I sometimes see chunks in my thawed BM, they usually disappear once heated up.

    I was thinking maybe that's what it is b/c once it's warmed up there are no lumps, but I just thought it was weird bc it's right after I pump.  I can see the fat seperation in the fridge/freezer.
