TTC After a Loss
f/u to earlier post about timing
i told my mom to get a hotel- that it was important FWP week and i didn't want to waste our clomid- and i made her swear to not tell my father why they needed a hotel- i said to tell him that brent would be tired of them by then---- she'll probably tell him anyway- just so embarressing thinking of my dad knowing we FWP ( i know unrealistic but still...)

I know.....both my parents know my DH and I are TTC but to know exactly when you're doing it, it's pretty embarrasing!!!
My parents never really talked to me about sex----just not to have it until after marriage.....HA!
BTW, they told me this when I was engaged for well over a year. A LITTLE too late for that talk.

. Best thing about my next cycle is that the timing should be right so that there is no need to FWP when we spend Christmas with my MIL and are sleeping in her bed. If the timing doesn't work out, we may have to take that cycle off!
I've already had my share of embarassment with my MIL, she helped my DH pack his room up senior year of college, and she stuffed all the discarded thongs and socks she found into one of his socks and wrote my name on an index card and taped it to it.... horrified!

BFP#3 8/19/13 Another boy! 17P, modified bedrest and Nifedipine helped us have a termie! DS2 born 4/19/14 at 38w5d.
Would you guys not feel comfortable doing it quietly while they are in the house??
I hope your mom doesn't tell your dad why. But i'm glad that you got it all straightened out so that you can BD!!

Yeah my dad has wanted grandkids since before I was married but I don't think he wants to know when we are actually trying.
A couple years back, we were moving my mother to her new house and in the basement was a crib (yes my mother already has a crib for her future grandchild) My dad made some comment about "Never filling the crib." (this was before the miscarriage)
DH said, "Tell you what - I take your daughter home right now and get to it."
The look on my dad's face was priceless- I don't know if he was more upset at the fact that DH just said he was going to have sex with his little girl or leaving him there to move all the furniture by himself.
