I take 100mg plus a very small dose that is in my prenatal vitamin. I take itthe entire cycle. It stopped me from spotting at 9 dpo. My LP are now 14 days.
Most people recommend taking 100 mg. There are a lot of warnings about taking too much. If you were to take too much it could cause nerve damage. That said, it is incredibly difficult to consume too much B6 since it is a water soluble vitamin.
My nutrition instructor is a Naturopathic Doctor. She recommends that I take it in a B complex since all the B vitamins are so complimentary.
I started 100mg last cycle. I went from 9-10 days to 12, BUT I spotted almost my entire LP. I am actually calling my MD today to see why. I am thinking my Progesterone must be low.
