Erie Area???

Anyone?  I'm sorta in that vincinity.  Or Clarion?  Meadville?  Warren?

    You might have more luck on the Pittsburgh board. This is more Harrisburg, York, Lancaster. We go as far north as State College, but that's about it.

    Um yeah.  Pittsburgh.  Who is so far south of 80 that anything north does not exist.

    So, I have decided that central refers to the I-80 area.  This isn't the nest Central PA board, it's the Bump.  So, I is going to BUMP this board to being more available to people NORTH of 80.

    And, that is that.

    Hey;) There's definitely not anyone on here that I know of from that far Northeast. The farthest west is maybe State College? And I think there used to be a couple of people from Altoona, but not lately. So, yeah, not so much luck. But you should stay and hang out anyway;)

    That's funny you say that because people from the Harrisburg, York, Lancaster, Lebanon area refer tot he area as Central PA not just on the nest/bump.  The local news and radio stations refer to it as central PA.  What do your local news and radio station refer Erie to?  If you go out of state and meet people where do you ttell them you are from?  Erie, Central PA?  I bet of people out of state that don't know where Eria is you probably say, "North of Pittsburgh".  Sorry for the snarkiness but Central PA definitely does not refer to Erie!   The very central area of Central PA is probably Harrisburg so maybe you should ask yourself this... are you closer to Pittsburgh, or Harrisburg?  Then there you would have your answer!!

    Lol!  Not from Erie.  Like 1.5 hours.  I'm just north of I-80.  And when people out of state ask me where I'm from, I say cetral PA, just north of 80.  I'm in the Mountains.

    I take pride in not identifying myself w/ a city :::shrug:::

    But I am around to play!

    Oh okay I see... where at?? Like Wellsboro, Mansfield, Clearfield, Tioga?  What county?

    I'm on the Forest-Venango line.  Get LOTS of lovely fog.  And I mean it.  It's PRETTY!  Right next to the national forest.  It's easier to drive to Warren, Erie, Meadville because of how the mountains lay.  Otherwise, I worry about it getting dark and hitting a deer or Elk on a winding curve.  :P
