So, we have been back and forth and keep coming back to the same girl first name:
Hannahleigh
I really like the name Annaleigh, but I do not like "Anna" for a NN. I really like the name Hannah, but, for me, it's a little too common to keep it alone. I have an obnoxiously boring name, so I feel the need to do something a little different. Is this too different? Too hard to say?
The middle name would be Jeanette after MIL.
Re: Thoughts on a girls name
It's a little long for my taste.
Just my opinion.
not a fan
Hannah by itself is nice.
Honestly? It makes my eyes hurt.
Hannah Leigh Jeanette- if you MUST do both middle names otherwise Hannah Jeanette is nice.

Agreed and like these suggestions.
Please don't.
Hannah is lovely, and it's really not that common. It's classic and feminine.
Hannahleigh is just silly.
This.
Ack! It is too many letters and graphically looks horrible. My brain keeps wanting to put an S in there to get a misspelled Ashley, too.
I'd stick with just Hannah or pick something else entirely that you don't find 'boring' or 'common'.
sorry but I agree with this.
I have a really long name (3 syllable first name, 3 syllable last name). I hate how long it takes for me to sign my name so I would try to go for something a little shorter. To be honest, I don't think Hannah is too popular and I like that name alone.
after anovulatory diagnosis and TTC for 1 1/2yrs with several medicated cycles and one chemical pregnancy, we have our first bundle of joy!

I don't take one single minute for granted.
This. Yikes... Hannahleigh is nutty.
No no no no no!!! I love the name Hannah, please don't ruin it.
Bwahaha! My first thought!
Hannahleigh is an abomination. That being said, Hannah is a snoozer. So if you think Hannah is too common, why not find a name you like that isn't? There's no need to try jazzing it up, it just looks silly.
That's pretty bad. Hannah and Leigh are two separate names. Combining names to make up something new is really...teen mom. Don't torture the child. Sorry.
Ditto the other suggestions. Go with two middle names and have her be Hanna Leigh Jeanette or just do Hanna Leigh or Hannah Jeanette.
Thanks for the input ladies. No, this is not MUD. (It's not THAT bad of a name- I have heard a lot worse.) I like the way the name sounds, but I just can't seem to fall in love with the way it looks. I will probably drop the Leigh or find another name. I kinda like Evelyn...but, who knows.. Thanks, again!
