I know this is asked all the time, but I didn't see a post for my area in particular. I need to start thinking about a pediatrician. We have HAP, so we can pretty much go anywhere, but I would prefer close to home in Northville. So, rec your doc and tell me what you like about them! Thanks

I like the larger practice b/c you can usually always get in to see somebody at the last minute. I love, love the nurses line. The downsides as stated above--with any large practice--scheduling physicals can take a few weeks (just try to schedule in advance) and when illness season hits ... the office is very busy. We waited an hour to be seen last week. But that's not usual.
I like offices that are connected to hospitals, especially with infants. When we took DD into the ER one night, her records were with her doctor the next day for our follow-up.
