Anyone have a good one they can recommend? I'd like to try it out being that I'd like to start using our crock pot more, and it is getting to be chili weather.

I'm not good with formal recipes, but I make a tortilla soup/chili meal with chx stock, canned black beans, canned corn, can of diced tomatoes, some chicken breasts, chili powder, cumin, paprika, s+p. Throw it all together and it cooks on low all day. I shred the chx then serve with tortillia chips, cheese, sour cream. Have been known to throw in a fresh avacado if I have one.

My chili recipe is really simple and no frills. My DH doesn't like beans so we skip them, but you could definitely add them in when you add the tomatoes:
Take 1 pkg ground turkey or beef. Brown on stovetop or in crockpot. Season as desired (I use salt, pepper, garlic powder and chili pepper). Once meat is cooked, add 1 large can diced tomatoes, 1 small can tomato paste, and 1 small can tomato sauce. Add in tabasco sauce and chili powder to taste and any other spices you like (sometimes I add cinnamon), You can also thrown in some onion too, which is good. Cook on low about 5-6 hours. I serve it with crusty bread and cheddar cheese on top.
