So I pumped an extra 10 mins and got 3.5 ounces total out of both breasts... an extra ounce. which is nice, but I want more!!!! haha I will keep working on it!
Pump as frequently ad you can. Average output is 2 oz. Drink tons of water and try not to stress about it, that makes it worse. Kellymom is a great resource as well.
I stumbled upon this website last week when I was having one of my several freakouts (yeah I know stress is counterproductive) that my supply is tanking and it was really helpful: https://www.workandpump.com/
One of the tips was to add a ten minute pump in the evening even if you're baby hasn't had its last feeding. I did this and at first had nothing to pump - but within a week it upped my "tanked" supply.
Re: Follow-up: Supply tanking?
Way to go!
Keep pumping and your supply will grow. It's a vicious cycle
