    Had my app't on Friday.  Found out that my FP doctor will not be allowed to oversee my labor and delivery at the hospital I was planning on using (family practice doctors are no longer allowed to oversee L&D of VBACers at that hospital, and she didn't sound overly encouraging about the other hospital not quickly following suite, although that at least doesn't seem to be the case now).  That pretty much did me in.  It was the one thing I was counting on being able to control - my doctor and doula choice.  Of course this weekend was the weekend that DH had to work all weekend long, so I was alone with DS, which, after that day, was probably a good thing as he is the one thing that can always make me feel better (well, provided he's not in a testing mood). 

    I also made the mistake of telling my mom (for the first time) about the VBAC and got to hear how I've "never been hippy".  Thanks, mom...  

    At this point I may decide to take tips from cats and find a nice closet to labor in.  

    I also get to call today and set up the 3 hour - hopefully I pass that *fingers crossed*.  Went through the same thing with DS, as well.

    as for me...appt on Friday.  baby's moving like crazy, my stomach resembles Alien.  i'm getting dizzy and nauseous if i wait too long to eat, and i'm always hungry.  not looking forward to the GD test this time around...i never had these symptoms with Noah and I was close to blacking out Saturday b/c we couldn't find food quick enough :-(

    Other than just feeling generally yucky the past few days, nothing else has changed here.  Can't figure out if I'm getting sick, ate something that's not agreeing with me, or if it's just the hormones.  I have zero motivation to get anything done today and just want to crawl back into bed and let illness take me over.

    Hi gals! I just wanted to pop in and asked to be updated as my little girl is now here, but I see that's been done already, thanks Papa! :) life with a 21 month old and newborn is turning out better than I thought. DD#1 is being very good about DD2. and the baby nurses great and sleeps 4-5 hours at night. I wish you all the best of luck and tbe delivery you want! Papa- I really hope you have a great VBAC. I would have loved one but the repeat section was better than I thought and I'm not depressed this time about it, but I will always long for a VBAC. I really hope you get yours :)
