Carseats and travelling

I bought a Cosco Scenera and it's going to be a great backup seat and also perfect for travelling since it's much lighter than the Britax Marathon and easier to carry around airports! Anyone have any suggestions on how to strap the seat to your luggage? (Amy, how did you schlep M's carseat through airports when you travelled last month?)

We have a Go Go Babyz Travelmate, https://www.gogobabyz.com/products-c26-gogo_Kidz_Travelmate.aspx. (Sorry it's not clicky, I'm on my iPad.). I have used the Travelmate as a stroller in the past. Its not as easy asna stroller, but works in a pinch. I wish I had a lighter carseat for travel, the Marathon is heavy! They make bags for car seats that have little wheels and shoulder straps.
