NBR- so awkward! FB related...

So about a week ago I decided to do a major clean out of my facebook friends. I don't really want people that I barely knew 10 years ago in high school, or people that I met in passing a few times, looking at pictures of my baby, family, etc. Just more of a privacy thing since I don't really "know" them.

Anyway, since I have done this, I have had 3 of those people re-request the friendship. Should I just ignore them? It's so awkward! I doubt I will ever even see these people again, but obviously they must know that I removed them and they are being super awkward in requesting friendship again. How would you handle this?!

    If it's people you know from high school but don't really want looking at all your info, you could add them and put them on limited profile.  If it's people you only met a few times, you can probably just ignore.

    I have no advice on this, because I'm one of the few weirdos without facebook. But, I just wanted to say...no baby yet?! Smile How are you feeling? It looks like December 3rd might still be an option! I thought for sure that baby was coming last week! Stick out tongue

    Good idea, I am trying to figure out how that works and looks like I can just make a group and block that entire group from seeing photos and wall posts. That would be a great solution...thanks!!

    Me too!! It's becoming so frustrating... I thought for sure he'd be here last week. Waiting is so difficult, at this point I am PRAYING I have him on/by the 3rd!!!

    another option if you don't want to add them and don't want them to request you again is to block them completely.  They won't be able to see you in mutual friends' lists or wall postings - it'll be like you don't exist on FB.  I've got a few people blocked.
