Dr's office vent

Last month we scheduled my next appt for 11/30 at 3:45 (so that J could make it to the appt).

We have a nifty little web based system that they send information to me through, and I get a notification on Friday afternoon that my appointment is set for 11/29 at 3:45. I cannot leave the office today, I'm the only one here.

So I call and the only time they can get me in tomorrow is 2:15, and J is unable to leave the office at that time tomorrow because of an important meeting.

I know he doesn't HAVE to be there, but it's something we both wanted and would have had if the scheduler would have put it in the system correctly! I have the little appt card here that says 11/30 as the day for the appointment.

Ugh..it's just frustrating that they screwed up.

    Not this week. :(

    Oh well. I'm sure if they want to do another ultrasound to make sure my placenta has fixed itself, they will have to schedule it, so I'll just make sure it is at a time that J can make it.

    ugh! thats so frustrating. I feel really lucky that my husband and I both have jobs where our weekend falls not on "the weekend" (I'm off wednesday thursday he's off thursday friday) so its been easy to schedule on a day that we can both make it because there are NO work commitments. I hope that continues throughout since I feel like the appointments will only get more exciting but we will see.

    My at-work lab messed up my HCG tests twice and I was exponentially more annoyed. It's like mess up my dentist appointment--fine. But mess up my pregnancy appointments--no way. I know everyone makes mistakes, but it's extra frustrating this time around. I'm sorry you have to deal with it! Hope your appointment goes well.
