QOTD: I did not go out on Black Friday! Nothing is important enough!
I need guidance on the gift giving to dd. I want to buy her everything under the sun! Growing up, we weren't spoiled in the traditional sense. We got presents on every major holiday, birthday, Valentine's Day, Easter, Christmas. (my mom grew up with nothing and so every occasion was cause for celebration). For Christmas, my sisters and I each got 1 "big thing" and then stocking stuffers and lots of other gifts. I am trying to do the same with dd, but I just want to buy her the world. My husband is about to murder me. Luckily, my mom was looking for suggestions, so she knocked off 3 items on the neverending list. Oh and we believe in Santa. I would truly like to do what a friend of mine does, her girls get 3 gifts, symbolizing the 3 wisemen and (the girls) choose 3 gifts each to give to children less fortunate.
Cycle update: 5 dpo, I am doing a crazy bbt experiment. I cannot even begin to explain, but I am not hopeful at all this cycle. I have been drinking A LOT this 2ww, I mean, a ton, so I should really stop temping. I have probably gained alcohol weight as opposed to food weight since Wednesday. For shame, for shame!!

QOTD: I did NOT go out in the madness this year
We do celebrate Christmas/Santa in our house. We were planning to go light on gifts this year, but there was so much stuff I thought she'd like! One more and then that girl is DONE!
Update: My info on the list can be updated...no cysts! And actually, since then I went through one full cycle - BFN. We're on to cycle 4, with injects and TI. Hopefully this is it!
QOTD: I didn't go out this Black Friday, but I usually do. I didn't think it was worth it this year.
TTC: Since I didn't temp (stupid I know) I only have my +OPK and just hope I did O. I got a +OPK on Thanksgiving, so if I say 48 hours from there on the cautious side I would have O'd today. Now I just have to make the 2ww and come up with fun ways to tell H and the fam if I get a BFN this month.
QOTD: No Black Friday in Canada
We celebrate Christmas/Santa at our house. I keep most of the same traditions from when I was a kid. DH doesn't have childhood Christmas traditions so it makes it easy to throw all of mine in 
UPDATE: RE says that I should be Oing today. I've had so much friggin' time off of work this week for ultrasounds and bloodowork and testing. Cycle monitoring is so time consuming! I've taken a break from charting BBT this month because of the monitoring. Just did OPK and CM here and there. MUCH more relaxed this cycle! So far, all bloodwork, ultrasounds, and the SHG have yielded great results. I have my follow up appointment to go over all results and next steps on Thursday.

QOTD: I am no fan of black Friday. Too much craziness for me. We went to the mall but just to walk around with my mom and that wasn't until the afternoon.
Christmas will be very different from growing up because I used to go to MI for the Holidays. We will be spending xmas with my DH family so we'll see how that goes. As far as Gifts, we'll either do one big gift and one small gift or a few small gifts.
TTC: I will probably start charting if I don't get a BFP in Dec. But I might wait till the Holidays are over.

QOTD: I did not go out on Black Friday. I just spent the day with my son and husband which was really nice. My husband and I have just started talking about Christmas presents for our son. We probably won't go overboard because his extended family will buy him lots of stuff. Also, right now since he's still really young and doesn't even know what Christmas is, I'd rather just get him a few presents and put the rest of the money I might spend on presents in his college savings account.
TTC: I am 15dpo and my period was due today. It has not come. However, my temperature dropped a lot this morning. So, my period will probably come tomorrow. If it doesn't come in a day or two (and my temperature goes back up), I'll test.
Went out for a bit for Black Friday with my sister. It was her first one in the US (she's visiting me for a week and lives in another country) so I decided to take her. Only went for a short while though and had no desire to stay any longer- the mall was PACKED!
I never celebrated Christmas growing up (my family is Hindu) but DH's family celebrated every year so we are going to start our own traditions this year. I made stockings and a tree skirt and we put up our tree today! Exciting
TTC check in: Not sure where I am right now. My chart is confusing me! I supposedly haven't Oed yet this cycle but I'm skeptical! Pretty sure I Oed right around CD12 but it never showed up on my chart. I'm going to wait a week and POAS if I don't have AF or a temp rise.
Qotd: Ok- i have never been out shopping on Black Friday, but this time I really wanted to get the Leapster that was on sale at Walmart for $25. I didn't intend on going out, but I woke up at 5am and kept thinking about that darn Leapster.. so I got up and went out. It was all sold out, but it was still so crazy that I couldn't imagine being out at midnight. It just doesn't seem worth it to me.
I love Xmas.. I think I spoil my DS, but the smiles on Christmas morning make it worth while. We have a big family gathering. I try to make it similar to how we spent my Christmas as a child, surrounded by family and lots of fun!
I am in the 2ww and have a ton of phantom symptoms. I am hoping for a Christmas time BFP!!!
