The other post made me curious. Is it common to have more than one let down (letdown? - not sure what way is correct) during a nursing session? I never had more than one. I had heard it was possible so I'd nurse and nurse or pump and pump but never got more than one letdown. I'm just wondering because the other poster said that it was her second child and she was getting more than 1 letdown and I'm just wondering if I have a chance this time.
Can you tell I'm super excited to nurse again? I freekin love breastfeeding. (But not pumping)
Just curious! Thanks!
Re: s/o: nursing and let down
lol - This is exactly how I feel.
I sometimes get more than one letdown while BFing. It happens more when L is cluster feeding, going through a growth spurt, etc. Something than makes a nursing session longer than average for us. I've never had more than one while pumping but I don't pump for very long either - just long enough to get what I need and then I quit.
Exactly this
Couldn't have worded my experience or thoughts better!
